Understand Our Template Setup Service Policy

The Service

The Template Setup Service is a Monday to Friday implementation service. Upon purchasing this service, I will professionally incorporate your brand assets into your chosen Squarespace template, applying your brand colours, fonts, and styling to create a cohesive, launch-ready website. This is a template setup service and does not include custom design, design revisions, or design consultations.

Booking Process

To secure your Template Setup, please follow these steps:

Purchase a Squarespace template from the L Studio Flow shop, then purchase the Template Setup Service. Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email from hello.lstudioflow@gmail.com with instructions on how to book your Monday start date.

Asset Submission

All brand assets must be submitted via the Dropbox link provided in your booking confirmation email, no later than 9am UK time on the Monday of your booked week.

Assets required include:

  • Logo files

  • High-quality images

  • Brand colours and fonts

  • All website copy

Late or Missing Assets

If your assets are not received by 9am UK time on your booked Monday, your slot will be released and your project will not begin that week. You will have one opportunity to rebook a new Monday start date, subject to availability, at no extra cost. If assets are not received by 9am UK time on your rebooked Monday, your slot will be released and no refund will be issued.

Delivery

Your completed website will be delivered to you by 6pm UK time on the Friday of your booked week.

Revisions

This service does not include revisions. The Template Setup Service is an implementation service — I will set up your template using the exact assets and copy you provide. Any additional design work required after delivery will be quoted separately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 2 weeks before your booked Monday start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before your booked Monday start date will forfeit 100% of the service fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to hello.lstudioflow@gmail.com.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted once only and must be requested at least 2 weeks before your booked Monday start date. Your new Monday start date must be booked within 1 month of your original booking. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 weeks before your booked Monday will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy above will apply.

Service Interruption

In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete your setup due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or a technical emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service, refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation requested at least 2 weeks before your booked Monday start date ✅

  • Service interruption on my part as outlined above ✅

No refunds will be issued for late or missing assets, cancellations made less than 2 weeks before your booked start date, or once work has commenced on your project.

Copyright

The completed website setup remains the property of the client upon full payment. L Studio Flow retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio, template showcase, sales pages and social media for demonstration and promotional purposes.

Photography

All images submitted as part of your brand assets must be owned by you or properly licensed for commercial use. By submitting images to L Studio Flow as part of your Template Setup Service, you confirm that you hold the rights to use all supplied photography and visual assets.

L Studio Flow holds no liability for any image licensing or copyright issues arising from images supplied by the client. It is solely the client's responsibility to ensure all submitted images are legally cleared for use before submission.
