FAQ’S

Timeline & Process

  • Projects run Monday to Friday over 2 weeks.

    Content submission takes an average of 2 weeks to fit into your normal workweek — this is usually assigned within 1-2 business days of booking, so ideally you have at least 2 weeks to complete it before your project starts.

    All content must be submitted by 5pm UK time on the Thursday before your Monday start date.

    Here’s how the 2 weeks break down:

    WEEK 1

    •       Monday — Project starts with a 10am kickoff call to go over your submitted content and ask each other any questions. I then build your homepage and deliver it to you by 5pm UK time for review.

    •       Tuesday — Homepage feedback due by 5pm UK time. If no feedback is received by 5pm, the homepage is considered approved, and no further revisions will be made. I implement any changes and begin the full site build.

    •       Wednesday & Thursday — Full site build continues

    •       Friday — Full site delivered to you by 5pm UK time via password-protected preview link

    WEEK 2

    •       Monday – Thursday — Feedback, edits and refinement period. All feedback must be submitted as a numbered list via email by 5pm UK time on Wednesday.

    •       Friday — Launch Day! Training + Q&A session on Zoom, site goes live, and I walk you through how to make your own edits going forward.

    Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm UK time.

  • All your content needs to be submitted via your dedicated Dropbox folder before 5pm UK time on Thursday before your Monday start date. This includes:

    •       Logo (if you have one)

    •       Website copy (text) organised clearly by page — maximum 500 words per page

    •       Images — maximum 10 per page, under 250KB, JPG or PNG format

    •       Completed Brand & Style Questionnaire

    •       Pinterest inspiration board link

    Full content requirements will be shared in your Welcome Package within 1-2 business days of booking.

  • The entire second week is dedicated to feedback, edits and refinements — so there’s no fixed limit on rounds of feedback during that period.
    To keep the project on schedule, all feedback must be submitted as a numbered list via email, one consolidated list at a time.
    The absolute final feedback deadline is 5pm UK time on Wednesday of Week 2 to guarantee your Friday launch.

  • Once your final payment (34%) is confirmed, we meet on Zoom for your Training + Q&A session.

    During the call I’ll walk you through your completed website, teach you how to make your own edits, and we’ll transfer the site ownership to you so it’s fully yours.
    You’ll then select your Squarespace plan, go live, and I’ll remove myself as administrator completely.

    The call recording will be shared with you afterwards so you can revisit it any time.

Support & Payments

  • 4 weeks of email support begins the Monday after your launch date. I
    ’m here to answer questions and guide you as you get comfortable managing your new website.

     

    ⚠️  Support covers questions and guidance only — hands-on editing of the site is not included during this period.

     

    Support hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm UK time.

  • All packages are split into three payments:

     

    •       33% at booking — secures your project start date in my calendar

    •       33% due by 10am UK time on your Monday start date — project will not begin without this

    •       34% due before your Friday launch call — site will not go live without this

     

    Each invoice must be paid in full by the stated milestone.

    I list all prices and invoices in GBP — currency converter available on the page if needed.

  • Your 33% deposit secures your project start date — that spot is no longer available to other clients once booked.

    • Rescheduling requested within 5 business days of booking — you're in the early stages and your deposit will be applied to your new date

    • Rescheduling requested 6 or more business days after booking — your spot has been held and potentially turned away other clients; your deposit cannot be transferred and will not be refunded

    • If content is not submitted by 5pm UK time on Thursday before your Monday start date— your slot will be released, your deposit will be forfeited, and you are welcome to rebook the next available date with a new deposit

Your Website

  • Standard pages are pages that most professional websites need but that don’t sit in the main navigation. Every Custom Design project includes:

     

    •       Link in Bio page — a mobile-friendly page with multiple links for your social media bio

    •       Terms & Conditions layout — the design structure to house your legal terms (wording not included)

    •       Privacy Policy layout — same as above

    •       Error 404 page — a custom redirect page for broken links

    •       Thank You page — a confirmation page for form submissions

  • Yes — the following add-ons can be included in your project. All add-ons must be agreed and invoiced before your project start date.

     

    •       Extra page beyond 8 — £150 per page

    •       Additional store products beyond 10 — £50 per 5 products

    •       Additional booking system integration beyond 1 — £100
