*Images: Pro photos or really good quality images elevate your site, so I highly recommend them if you want good results.
I can also suggest where to find some beautiful stock images.

*Fonts: Squarespace has an extensive font library (Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, Classic web fonts).

*If your font isn't in their library, you'll need to provide the legally purchased font files (.ttf, .otf, or. woff format) for me to install.

*Brand Colors: You need to provide me with the hex color codes (#)

STEP 2 -BOOK YOUR TEMPLATE SETUP DATE IN MY CALENDAR

Please make sure you allow ample time to gather your ressources before booking a Template Setup date.
Make sure all your brand assets are uploaded to your Dropbox folder by 9am UK time on your Monday start date. Assets not received by this time will result in your slot being released.

Project Timeline

Your setup runs Monday to Friday. I'll work intensively across 5 business days to style your site, and your completed website will be delivered to you by 6pm UK time on the Friday.

FAQs

  • There are no layout customizations included in this service.

    Your template will be styled with your copy (text) colors, fonts, images and graphics (if applicable) to suit your brand. But you are responsible for any layout editing.

  • No- I will use the template you bought from my shop.

  • Using the template, you bought from my shop, I will input your content in the pages that already exist.  Remember to look at the live demo of each template to make sure you have the pages you need.

  • I won't customize these with images or copy—I'll leave them for you to customize how you want.

  • No problem! I’ll create a simple wordmark using your brand font, colors and business name.

  • Almost! Your styling will be complete (colors, fonts, images), your copy will be added.

    You’ll just need to do any final layout tweaks you want and follow my site set up guide (included in the non-linked pages) to connect your domain and choose a subscription! Then you’ll be ready to launch.

     

  • Great question!

    if you already have an existing website on Squarespace, and you purchase a website template, you will then have two websites in your Squarespace account. These two websites will be completely separate, and they live in your Squarespace account dashboard.

    I will build your new site from the template you bought from the shop.

    And when you are ready to launch, you will need to move your domain over to your new website and purchase a new Squarespace subscription for your new template website.

    If you have time owing on your existing website's subscription, I recommend getting in touch with the Squarespace support team to let them know that you are moving websites and they are generally happy to provide a prorated refund!

  • If you're unable to gather your brand assets in time, please get in touch as soon as possible at hello.lstudioflow@gmail.com — don't wait until your Monday start date.

    Rescheduling is permitted once only, subject to availability, and must be requested at least 2 weeks before your booked Monday. Please refer to our Template Setup Service Policy for full details on rescheduling and cancellations.

  • No, you write it, and I place it into your site during the Design Days.

  • No — I don’t set up external services. But you can find a walkthrough link for email campaign in my set-up guide page as well as an implement booking guide page.

  • I offer email support during your project (from booking day, during homework phase, through to the Design Days)

  • Not continuously — but I do ask that you're reasonably available Monday to Friday during your setup week in case I have any quick questions about your assets or content.

    This helps me keep everything moving smoothly and ensures your website is delivered to you by 6pm UK time on the Friday. If I can't reach you and a decision needs to be made, I'll use my best judgement based on the assets you've provided.
